The path from Palioseli has a northerly direction towards the source of Turkos, where there is also the church of Agia Paraskevi. From there, again in a northerly direction, it reaches the place of Nane, where is a fountain and the wooden shelter of Palioseli (altitude 1620m).

A little further up is the new Stone Mountain refuge (altitude 1680m). From there, going uphill you reach the Mougkourida ridge and then Misorachi (2200m). Turn slightly east and reach Drakolimni (2150m). Then, you climb in an easterly direction to the top, where you reach in about 1.30 hours.

The route is well signposted, except for the section from Drakolimni to the top. Much of the route takes place in forests of black pines and beeches and above the shelters in forests and sparse stands of centuries-old pines. From Misorachi and above, the course takes place in a landscape bare of vegetation (subalpine plateaus). A moderately passable forest road that starts just before the village of Palioseli leads to the shelters.Degree of difficulty: moderate. Travel time: 6 hours. Marking: O3. Altitude gradient: 1100m- 2637m.
